  7. Data Retention: Customer data will be retained by Aiotron Technologies up to 30 days after the contract termination, after which time the data will be destroyed and completely unobtainable per our Data Removal, Data Erasure, right to be forgotten policy below.

If both parties fail to resolve the complaint mutually, the user has a right to engage with an alternative dispute resolution provider to resolve the issue.
