You can now control who can access a meeting space by integrating with your access control system.  KuiqMeeting will monitor and give permission only to the host and the meeting invitees.  Ideal for VIP rooms and spaces with sensitive equipment

Meeting attendance capture

This functionality provides the admin to monitor all the meeting attendees viz-a-viz invitees.  This will require either a access card or QR code scanner at the entrance of the meeting space.  Benefeficial for contact tracing and other analytics.

This cool feature provides the meeting attendees an assurance that the meeting space they are about to enter is sanitized and safe for use. Facility team updates the status after sanitizing the space after every meeting.

Meeting minutes capture
